I started metformin last month, used provera to kick in my period then letrozole on cd 3-7. FF had marked cd 10 as my ovulation but that is way too early for me. My typical cycle is more or less 45 days and I ovulate somewhere from cd 25 onwards. But my BBT have been up. Ideally, you should use one that is accurate to 1/10th (98.6) of a degree if you measure in Fahrenheit or 1/100th (37.00) of a degree in Celsius. Use the same thermometer throughout the cycle. If you buy a new one, start using it on day one of the next cycle. Taking your BBT is not too hard.

I looked up this question earlier today, actually. I am having a similar thing; fatigue, o-pains, acne, +opk's, temp low, and I mean what my temp is usually w/o the clomid and progesterone. What I found out was that you can have +opk's and still not ovulate. I am using clearblue advanced opk's and I have only gotten two flashing faces which means high fertility, but I haven't gotten a peak fertility yet.Some women have a long surge for more than 1 day so this means if you just do the above and presume the next day the egg releases and that's the only day you BD (when it really does it 2-3 days later) you've hosed yourself. The best thing IMO is to keep tracking (+) OPK test until you have a BBT temperature drop also.I am using cheap OPK strips and Ovia. Ovia became much more accurate after the OPK's because I don't ovulate until day 19-20 (of a 32-34 day cycle). I don't think I'll temp because I'm one of those people who will obsess over it (same reason I can't count calories because it'd go downhill quickly)..
